It’s great to see you here looking hungry and eager to try my recipes! I can see you have seated yourself at the dining table and are ready to dig in. But before you take your first bite, there are a couple of things you need to know about the my foodlosophy site….
I have created this site for the pure love of food and photography and for the love of sharing both. Although I am in my element when I’m in the kitchen I have worked hard to develop these recipes so that you can enjoy my food over and over again. I have aimed to give you the most accurate recipes according to my tastes and preferences and these have been tested numerous times before publishing.
There are also some things to note about this site that may help you out with cooking in the kitchen:
- Any pre preparation required will be stated at the beginning of the recipe, usually to do with marinating meat overnight or how many hours ahead of time you need to start the recipe
- Any special equipment that may be required that may not be part of your usual kitchen armory
- Any special ingredients will have an * to denote that it can be referenced in the ‘Asian Pantry’ page of this site
- Oven temperatures assume a Fan Forced setting. To adjust to a conventional oven, you may need to increase the setting by 10-20 degrees however this will depend on the type of oven you have
